The technical implementation of access control measures should always be based on a well-thought-out security concept. On the one hand, such a security concept involves protecting the public from potential vehicle attacks (and identifying the measures that can be taken to prevent them), and on the other hand, it ensures legal certainty for those responsible for implementing the measures. A security concept is therefore always built on access protection that complies with the standards and is guided by the accepted rules of technology and knowledge of approved access protection barriers.
